Sinclair is a group that is going around buying up local TV stations and has long-term plans of creating a network for people who find Fox News too liberal.

Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly on Friday said the terror threat is worse than most realize, saying some people would "never leave the house" if they knew the truth.

“I was telling [Fox host] Steve [Doocy] on the way in here, if he knew what I knew about terrorism, he’d never leave the house in the morning,” Kelly said on “Fox & Friends.”
The amount of time the Trump Admin spends personally fraternizing with Fox and Friends and on the set of Fox and Friends is just a modern wonderment.

Iirc he's from Montenegro, the newest NATO member, and a country being threatened by Russia currently. But I feel like trump didn't know that.

Carrier is cutting 600+ jobs at the place Trump promised they wouldn't and the $16M they promised to invest is being invested in automation.

RV Life- Just real real quick, Lestat over here isn't actually engaging you, he's just still nursing a grudge that I was one of the many many people who made fun of him for defending Donald Sterling, Joe Paterno, and every single cop who killed an unarmed black person. After the fact he figured out the same liberals who hurt his feelings were upset about Trump so he started trolling us by saying that by mocking non-racists who just happened to be furious at the NBA lynching Donald Sterling liberals made people vote for Trump.

Like, Montana GOPers just ****ing voted for a guy who beat up a reporter for asking him a question. These are the fainting violets who couldn't handle the effrontery of someone getting called a dip**** online?

Lestat- First off, you ARE the dumb white people! You literally, in this ****ing thread, were jabbering about how you thought Donald Trump was a millionaire who cared about the common man. The only actual policy discussion I can remember you participating in was praising Trump's nonsensical "repeal 2 regulations for every new one" rule! What the ****.

Secondly, you see how RV wrote this?

A lot of people are racist but that's because they are unaware of what covert racism is. It's just ignorance. I was racist when I was younger. I had no idea the stuff I was saying or thought was racist until I got older and took college classes in sociology. It was all covert racism.
The day you can write that and mean it is the day you switch sides, my dude.

But both you and I had agreed that many people would vote for Trump knowing that he would probably be worse than Clinton and that they would probably regret it, merely because he seemed to be offering pot odds that she wasn't. Why didn't those "smart and experienced people" see that".

There's a bunch of chatter on Twitter and even CNN on TV that Flynn has been secretly cooperating with the DOJ. If confirmed, would that mean a "good guy" at Justice or did Sessions unrecuse himself again just long enough to have some nice info-sharing...I mean...interviews with Flynn?

It's OK to trust their definition of "able-bodied", right? How about their definitions of "slavery" and "theft" and even "class warfare" too?
Forget their definition of anything, they seem to not realize that 60% of recipients already are working.

Manafort has always seemed to be by far the scummiest and shadiest among a group of very scummy and shady people. $10,000,000 is a **** ton of money, and its not like he has any discernible skills other than being a total scumbag and absolute whore. I assume Mueller sees this, since he's way smarter than me. Would seem to be a pretty easy guy to flip seeing as he has no convictions aside from self enrichment and preservation.

"Who is stupid enough that you can't read the numbers in the WSJ?" LOL what portion of the population reads newspapers, much less the WSJ? Especially right wingers.

If this actually passes, will chickens come home to roost when people's premiums go up and they get thrown off health care? Or will they just keep coming up with more lies and excuses?

JOE brought it pretty strong there, but yeah, lol thinking lying means ****. At this point, if you are actively supporting Republicans, you are either a complete ****ing moron or really really rich. Thats classic beltway bull**** thinking. Joe, your party stopped acknowledging reality when the black guy got elected. Not a coincidence.

**** joe scarborough and mika brezinsky, they can both jump off a ****ing cliff for all i care

That Morning Joe segment was good. I saw it early this morning when it ran. Similarly, did anyone see that portion of CNN last night where the contributor (a regular, forgot his name) was talking about Jared being a person of interest to the FBI, and he looked into the camera and started talking directly to him? "Jared, whatever you do, DO NOT LIE TO THEM!"

The whole speech was pretty good from what I remember.

Apparently Comey acted on Russian intelligence he knew was fake

http://edition.cnn.com/2017/05/26/po...nce/index.html

Basically the intelligence said that Loretta Lynch was compromised in the investigation of Hillary's e-mails. Comey announced the end of the investigation without notifying Loretta Lynch. The fear was if the Russians released it themselves that to explain it away, Comey would have to give away intelligence sources and methods.

So this fake intelligence from Russia forced Comey to close the investigation publicly without it being completed. Then to cover his ass, he announced that he would reopen the previously incomplete investigation which tipped the election to Trump.

Diabolical

Um, they're an ally to the republicans. That's kind of the whole problem. Remember country before party? There is a reason only one side is saying that.

If only they realized what selling their souls to the Russians really means. Oh well, I guess we'll all have to find out together the hard way. Thanks Rs.

(BTW, I was talking to the stupid Republican base, not GOP who are smart enough to know and are greedily using it.)
