The intelligence community must be keeping him in the dark on some things just because he's such a blathering idiot.

They may need to go full Putin and start deliberately misinforming him on every third item, then announce publicly that that's what they're doing.

Hulu and Geico both of which I use will be receiving communication from me in regards to Hannity. Will move my services elsewhere.

All of our submarines are nuclear powered, but not all are nuclear-armed. Trump may not have bothered to learn the difference and him saying they are in the area doesn't mean any more than when he said he was sending an armada. The Russians and Chinese are probably going to wear themselves out checking out all of his questionable disclosures.

If someone without knowledge refers to a 'nuclear sub' they're almost for sure referring to a missile sub. If you knew what you were talking about and you meant the other kind you'd probably call it an 'attack sub'.

That said, if Obama had confused a boomer with an attack sub the right would have been up in arms about what a wuss he was. Anyone remember when he mispronounced 'corpsman'?

This issue isn't really that Trump caused some disaster by telling the dictator of The Philippines where our submarines are, despite being hidden being the main feature of a submarine. It's that Trump is a loudmouthed idiot with no sense who is absolutely unqualified to be POTUS.

Subs being there was actually public knowledge from my understanding. They were sent as a show of force a few months ago.

Though it's entirely possible they're subs actually armed with nuclear weapons and this is classified information and Trump leaked that for no reason other than to brag. Actually I'm pretty confident this is what Trump was doing.

Quote:
"We have two submarines — the best in the world. We have two nuclear submarines, not that we want to use them at all,"
If they were just nuclear powered Subs and Trump knew this I doubt he'd emphasize it followed by " not that we want to use them at all "

Reporter: Trump's kicks out VP and AG to privately tell Comey to back off Flynn...
Paul Ryan: I'm not going to comment about an ongoing investigation.

Yeah, this is going to be a problem.

Trump is sure to brief Putin and Duterte. Did he have time to relay the security briefings to Erdogan as well?
05-24-2017 , 02:49 PM
Emomali Rahmon (Tajikistan's authoritarian) beat Trump in the handshake game, so he definitely gets security briefings.

Yes...Ford pardoned Nixon for "any and all crimes" despite Nixon never having been formally charged with any crimes.

Of course. As a Mexican-American that was pretty clear the moment he announced he was running. I guess I'm skeptical this is the last straw for anybody who doesn't already see that.

Retweeted by Hannity tonight. Really makes me wonder whether Ben Garrison has ever played poker in his life.
At least they got Assange masturbating in the shadows.

i like that john mccain was literally tortured and didn't give up, and trump denigrated him for that, and now as president trump is doing whatever makes him feel good in the moment because he's president and you're not, and almost all republicans support trump now

didn't awvall proudly vote for john mccain? he must feel like a bigger cuck than john mccain rn (if he had any self-awareness)

Regarding Trump and the Pope:

The Pope has done the resting pope face with Obama, and there's other pictures of him smiling with Trump.

Cuts to AIDS Treatment Programs Could Cost a Million Lives
At least one million people will die in sub-Saharan Africa and elsewhere, researchers and advocates said on Tuesday, if funding cuts proposed by the Trump administration to global public health programs are enacted.

The United States currently spends more than $6 billion annually on programs that buy antiretroviral drugs for about 11.5 million people worldwide who are infected with H.I.V., the virus that causes AIDS. The Trump administration has proposed slashing those programs by at least $1.1 billion — nearly a fifth of their current funding, said Jen Kates, a vice president at the Kaiser Family Foundation.
...
AIDS treatment not only keeps people alive but prevents them from spreading the virus to others, Mr. Honermann noted. “If you cut the funding by this much, I think there’s a real risk we will backslide, and a whole lot more people will become infected,” he said.

I've built up a tolerance to some of these mini-scandals (like subs) and they're starting to bounce off. Going for a walk so I can be in a better frame of mind for CBO score later today.
