Lol, this is actually one of Canada's most important legal protections. Surprised you don't know about it, everyone should.

I watched the day Hilary testified before Gowdy's committee and was extremely impressed by her. I didn't/don't really like her but thought she was tough and measured and presidential. I thought she made them look like children. So I googled to see if I could find a good clip of that happening, but got several pages of "Trey Gowdy Dismantles Every Hillary Clinton Lie" and "Trey Gowdy Shreds Hillary Clinton's Lies During Hearing" and "Trey Gowdy It's Right Here! Proof Hillary Clinton & FBI Are Corrupt"

So.

It can definitely still affect you if you ever apply for a high level job in a corporation or for something that requires a security clearance. One of the background questions often asked (under penalty of perjury) is 'have you ever been arrested?' and regardless of the circumstances there can be a negative result from having to answer yes.

I've been asked this once crossing the border into the US as well. I've also been asked "Have you ever been fingerprinted?" which is even worse, in my opinion. Obviously you don't have to answer that question at a border crossing, but if you don't you probably won't get admitted.

The calculation is more simple in my opinion. If you're guilty, shut the hell up. If you're innocent, you might be able to answer some questions in order to avoid being arrested and charged. If it starts going bad, clam up immediately and ask for counsel.

Nope. Police ****ing lie man. All the ****ing time. Once you talk at all, it's your word against a police officer's.

President Trump's Budget Includes a $2 Trillion Math Mistake

Quote:
President Trump's budget includes simple accounting error that adds up to a $2 trillion oversight.

Under the proposed budget released Tuesday, the Trump Administration's proposed tax cuts would boost economic growth enough to pay for $1.3 trillion in spending by 2027. But the tax cuts are also supposed to be revenue-neutral, meaning that trillion dollars is already supposed to pay for the money lost from the tax cuts.

Former Treasury Secretary Lawrence Summers called the oversight an "elementary double count" and "a logical error of the kind that would justify failing a student in an introductory economics course" in an op-ed in the Washington Post.

Republicans, especially on the House & Senate committees, know damn well that ripping apart the credibility of the CIA, FBI, NBA, DNI is exactly what Russia wants and destroys America, and yet they are doing it all the time anyway.

What they and Trump are protecting must be HUGE.

I doubt Melania leaves his broke ass now that they're in a position to swindle vast sums; at least until they build some real wealth instead of leveraged BS.

If you are guilty, get a lawyer

If you are innocent, you better sure damn get a lawyer

If the police bring you in for questioning they think are guilty and are looking for you to slip up

Yea, I think so too. Just look at the line of succession for POTUS.

You got

1. Trump
2. Pence
3. Ryan
4. Hatch
5. Tillerson
6. Mattis
7. Sessions

I don't care if you are a die hard GOP with a red, white, and blue rock hard diamond cock. There is something wrong when Orrin Hatch is #4, Rex Tillerson is #5 and Jeff Sessions is #7.

Whatever these guys are hiding has to be big. They've lined it up so that even if something happens, each guy in line can pick up the slack.

LOL NBA

4 & 6 are clean as far as we know. The rest can all be compromised, mostly by Flynn and Russia.

It was all good until Trump made his move, but that guy was prepared and having none of it. Trump had to step in closer to stop looking like one of those inflatable promo air dancers with the flapping arms.

"Fox is making us pull the story, not because it isn't true, but because the liberal fake media is putting so much pressure on us due to the fact that it destroys their story on collusion."

Book it.

I mean, sure, if you don't mind setting money on fire, but if you are just a witness to a crime and are being a good samaritan and driving to the police station to let them know what you saw the odds of you ending up falsely accused of the crime that you are voluntarily going there to give information about are probably akin to being struck by lightning.

Feels like a gimmick to pump up his ratings.
