Nope. Who knows if the number is correct or even if they made a deal? Or maybe it was an existing deal that they "re-announced"? Or maybe someone told Spicer there was a deal but got the details wrong. Was there an actual contract signed or was it more of a statement of intent? Or who knows. Can't trust anything they say.
