It wasn't until the tapes came out that congressional Reps turned on Nixon, so yeah

Saying that about Flynn would demonstrate his awful judgement of character and reflect poorly on his decision making and we can't have that.

A tape could come out tomorrow with Trump saying "this Comey mother****er is getting too close on Russia, I'm gonna fire that mother****er" and Mitch McConnell would get up in the Senate and say that while he is DEEPLY TROUBLED by the remarks, "it's time to move on."

Stop ascribing basic decency to these mother****ers. They are evil.

Also very important (according to the Queer Eye guys): use your ring finger and dab/smoosh it on - never wipe. Wiping is abrasive. I'm guessing ring finger is the softest fingertip because it gets the least use. Or maybe because it's hard to press very hard with your ring finger.
Cool, thanks. Just ordered some.

that's just oval room talk

At this point I almost have more faith that a Russian investigation into the Trump/Russia collusion is more likely to put out accurate findings than an American one.

No one denies that. But everyone has their own best interests at heart. I mean dude remember, half of these cucks didn't fall in line until it was clear that Trump was going to win the GOP nomination. They will jump off the bandwagon as quickly as they jumped on.

Do you think this guy is staying on the Titantic with the Captain until it bounces off the ocean floor?

If the tipping point comes, I don't see how Pence survives. He's saturated with Trump-stink.

Seriously though, the president doesn't understand the country is tearing itself apart because he's pissing off democrats as often as he possibly can.
If there's nothing to be found Trump could shut everyone up by allowing an independent counsel to do a full investigation. Instead he's firing everyone who either gets close or has Russian stink on them.

Or that he's afraid of what Flynn will say.

I'm still not going to follow that nutter Louise Mensch on twitter, despite some details of what she posted having been confirmed. I did follow Claude Taylor tentatively, as it seems he's been pretty accurate as of late

I considered her in the range of awesome ----> totes awesome until I found out she was a Leave screwball
05-11-2017 , 08:34 PM
My disdain for her is primarily based on her lying about Corbyn supporters searching for anti-Semitic terms, she's just fully disqualified from my book after that

And then she started calling everyone a Russian spy including yvesaint lolol, clearly a complete clown even if she is being fed real information

This Claude Taylor dude (@TrueFactsStated) seems way more hinged and has some legitimate scoops so I'm on him for the time being

The reddit thread on these Annapolis raids is fascinating to read

To be fair to Trump (Jesus, did I really just type that), the "I didn't do anything, bring on the special prosecutor" line didn't go very well for Billy C., and he actually was innocent in the matter being investigated.

So now Orin Hatch and some other Repubs are floating a name out there to replace Come:

Merrick Garland.

I think I'm done. I'll see myself out.

Flynn is the ace in the hole isn't he? I know they said the wouldn't offer immunity, but I'm sure if he could offer some evidence on Trump, they'd let him free.
05-11-2017 , 09:39 PM
WOW. So much material has come out today alone, that I honestly don't know where to begin. Catching up now...

"The deputy AG is well respected and there was no choice but to act immediately on his recommendation to fire Comey."

"The acting AG is a political hack and we needed time to check out her allegations fully before asking Flynn to resign."

Heard this for a special prosecutor but it sounds like a mistake for dems to agree; his current seat would be filled with an R and they could snap fire him after that.
05-11-2017 , 10:04 PM
I hope Mr. Garland politely declines so that President Orrin Hatch can nominate him for the Supreme Court.

Is it safe at this point to say that the US PRESIDENT has been publicly going around forcing his own narrative onto Fox, snooping into and blowing up and demanding loyalty in investigations against him, influencing witnesses, and tampering with evidence* while everything else is on hold?

*I tried to tell my mother about how Comey was fired when he was in Cali so they could raid his computer for information on the investigation and her only response was "That's what the government does. At least Trump is smart enough to be transparent about everything so they can't accuse him of hiding stuff later on."
