Receiving heating assistance, for which you must qualify by being poor, helps one qualify for food assistance. Villainous liberals have taken advantage of this and given small amounts of heating aid to qualifying people so that they are able to eat.

The Koch Brothers who fund The Heritage Foundation and have received at least $357M in state and local subsidies since 1990 are having none of that.

It's not like people are going to die in the streets. They'll be freezing to death in their own living rooms, out of sight out of mind. At the end of the day this will reduce costs bigly. Tremendous!
