A reelection after 4 years of disasters would top it. What's Russia gonna do when their fake news actually looks fake? Pffft-utin.

What's really insane in the membrane is how Trump keeps pushing on with his shady ****. I know he's a reality TV star, but this real life is so less realistic. At least when this happens on TV, the villains have enough sense to shut things down after they find out they're being investigated. Not Mr. Trump though. This guy doesn't stop. Even as we speak, he's still got his son-in-law selling US visas to Chinese oligarchs for 500k to 1.5mil a pop. He's still using his POTUS power to obstruct justice. He's still got his hands into all sorts of foreign and domestic deals. He's still looking for areas of "waste, fraud and abuse" to exploit from government programs. And he's still tying up government resources in his own personal vendettas and conspiracies.

One couldn't write a better crime drama series. This is pure gold.

It's not TV, he's done it his whole life and it's never backfired on him. The joke is on us, for believing that the hero always wins like TV b/c someone stops them when usually nobody actually does.

So the hearing narrative is Clapper said there's no evidence and that's proof there isn't any, case closed! (he didn't say that, and 2) what?) Trumpers are all over it though from what I can tell and actually do believe cruz crushed yates. This is all very sad what's happened to us.
You are forgetting it is just normal men locker room talk. And if Trump had known the tapes were still rolling he would not have said those words.

Personally, I talk to my workmates about wanting to rape my boss secretary all the time. She is a real hot chocolate.

I'm guessing this quote is on the family crest:

Trump is hiding something TREMENDOUS in the Flynn/Russia story and everyone needs to keep the pressure on (until we push Trump to use WW3 as a deflection of course).
It sure makes you think the whole thing might be bigger than we think it is. He was a nervous, tweeting wreck today.

The problem with the precise wording "Black Lives Matter" is not that it implies that other lives don't. Rather it is that, if taken literally, it exaggerates an otherwise legitimate accusation. The accurate wording would be "black lives matter as much as any other lives."
When a black person is shot by a cop in a situation where a white person would not have been, it is probable that he did it because he was not feeling as bad about taking the life of a black person as compared to a white one. But it is unlikely that he thought black lives don't matter at all. There are lots of people who consciously or unconsciously think a black person''s life is not worth what a white person's life is worth. But few who think it is worthless.

I am not suggesting that the slogan be changed. I only suggest that when discussing the slogan advocates not only agree that white lives matter but also point out that they aren't really accusing cops and others of not caring at all about their lives but rather that they don't care equally.

That take always legit gets a laugh out loud from me. Like I can just picture you saying that on some cable news roundtable show while people just shake their head and facepalm.

David if I make it out to Vegas at some point this summer or fall, if I give you a t-shirt that says "Black Lives Matter As Much As Any Other Lives." and then an asterisk and some fine print of the rest of the above, will you wear it one day and take a picture with me?

'Remember The Alamo, but also that isn't to say we should remember the Alamo any more than we would remember other battles or even such things as where I put my hat or if I remembered to feed the squirrels, just keep it in perspective and realize at the end of the day memory is based on subjective experience and fleeting anyhow.'

If it's bigger than I think it's insane because I think most republicans and a few democrats are all in on getting russian or from whoever else out there in the mafia oligarch world they shouldn't be money. At the very minimum, it's pretty clear that many R's are willing to cover whatever it is up.

I don't believe there's grand juries or whatever the hell else is out there in twitter rumor crazy land though.

Hey David. Instead of typing all that, you can condense it all into 3 words.
All Lives Matter.
So your position is, #ALM.
nuff said.

Seth Meyers and John Oliver continue to do a better job than the political left of informing the public about the complete mangling of our country by the R's. Just no messaging outside of Bernie, who continues to speak for the people.

Bob is sitting at the dinner table. Everyone else gets a plate of food except Bob. Bob says, "Bob Deserves Food." Everyone at the table responds with "Everyone Deserves Food" and continues eating. Although Everyone Deserves Food is a true statement, it does nothing to actually rectify the fact that Bob doesn't have any food.

I would never speak in the third-person.
