WatDahFuk is going on with the Senate Intel Committee now? CNN just reported that Carter Page sent them a nasty letter complaining about Obama's illegal surveillance of him and NOW the committee wants a subpoena to investigate THAT.

They also requested subpoenas for Manafort and Stone. Probably nothing to look at from either of them based on the timing.

I've been in the icu in a few different hospitals and now in 2 different states. The default in the hospital is always going to be treatment. That said, the people I have worked with have always been good at presenting facts about what is happeneing. So yeah - someone goes into respiratory failure, they'll get tubed in the immediacy of the problem. But later when they're somewhat stable - the care withdrawal conversation does happen. We just don't deal with death in this country well at all.
