as somebody who was a licensed medical marijuana grower with a 50 plant garden in colorado that the local authorities visited, inspected, and approved of, this is laughably false. the reason states were able to pass rec laws and expand medical programs was a direct result of obama and holder directing federal agencies not to go after/prosecute individuals and businesses who were complying with state laws, and they made good on that promise- i didn't hear about a single business owner or grower in colorado who was shut down without an indictment for breaking state laws. now that donald trump is president and jeff sessions controls the DOJ, that's all about to change. so good ****ing job voting for gary johnson
