The Presidency of Donald J. Trump: No smocking guns. The Presidency of Donald J. Trump: No smocking guns.

To begin with I dont know anything about hillary or her programm and don't care at all.
It doesnt hinder me to understand/perceive trump nazi/authoritarian/******ed influence/policy.
I see people here laughing at trump constantly mentionning her and his win,and yet same people constantly mentionning her and the popular vote.
This doesnt help a bit.
On top of that Ive tried to find out how many times changing the voting system from electoral to popular vote has been an angular/or at least a part of a democrat candidate/president campaign.
I couldnt find the information, all I know is its been 4 or 5 times a president has won without winning the popular vote.
So either the democrats (assuming republicans would be against reform) didnt really care till now,or I missed the constant fight to change the system and someone point me to the source.
Trump will never be impeached with so much confusion/crying in the opposition.

Feinstein's intelligent in that she knows as long as she has a (D) after her name California will trip over itself to reelect her regardless of what she does.

If we lose/lost Comey, does that mean all our dreams of Russiagate impeaching Trump go squish?

Another dog and pony show for the people, eh?

This investigation will turn up nothing to implicate Trump. A couple of people might be scapegoated for everything but otherwise that's it.

I have no idea I just know that the media has dropped this angle a while ago.

Did Hillary blame the Russians for her failing to get elected yesterday?

Comey saying he is "mildly nauseous," is him being modest. He hasn't said anything interesting.

Not sure if this has been discussed, but the House voted yesterday to end mandatory overtime pay and to let employers offer "paid time off" instead

No. But the Dems will need to take a majority control of the House. Then subpoena power becomes a real thing. And **** gets real quickly.

100% it's a terrible Bill meant only to strengthen corporations. Anybody at all in this thread have a way this could help employees?
05-03-2017 , 01:11 PM
As long as the employee can get paid for that time when they leave the company it may not be too bad. But if the employer can say you can't use your comp time then it seems like it could be abused.

It depends how its used. I work currently under that agreement and it gives me great flexibility. I'm allowed to bank the time and use it when I wish. It allows me to not have to use up some of my vacation days for which I get paid for all unused days at the end of the year. I'm sure there is some employer that will abuse it, there always is.
