It was and it was pointed out that border patrol didn't want a wall and said it would be ineffective and make security more difficult in places. Still, the border guard union endorsed Trump.

Firing Comey would be political suicide. That said, Comey only has until 1) He gets too close to the heart of Russia, or 2) Trump needs a huge headline, before he loses his job.

Hillary both pimping her upcoming book and diverting anti-Trumpers from things that matter to her so she can make money. This is exactly why people hate her. She's exploiting a battle against tyranny so she can sell more books. Talk about being morally bankrupt.

His approval ratings might go up after this because nothing brings together NeverTrumpers and Trump supporters more than hating Hillary.
