If the goal is to take down Trump, won't Obama be instrumental? He has more insight into Trump's shady movements than almost anyone. Hillary is just providing her perspective as the head of the losing campaign. Poison or not, she's the voice of a victim. A loud and effective one for rallying against Trump.

Two reasons:

1) Trump loves campaigning - It's what he does what the big ol' media is taking shots at him for reporting the things that he says in a truthful manner. He goes to people he knows will cheer everything he does. Everything.

2) Attempt to delegitimize the media - I mean he's been doing this for ages. But now he can claim censorship because CNN refused to allow him to run an ad. Clearly, he'll call them the enemy for suppressing his right to free speech. Of course, this logic falls flat when it faced even the most minimal scrutiny but since when do Trumpers act based on reason?

Every Trumper reminds me of Richard Bastion, the political radio talk show host from GTA IV. He used to be an exaggeration of a right-winger. Now he is a truthful representation of one.

HRC needs to disappear. She is toxic. Obama needs to stay quiet until a clear candidate has been determined and then campaign hard. I would have voted for Bernie all the way but his rhetoric has been getting on my nerves lately. It's the same lines about top 1% of 1% and billionaires. I get that's important but IMO we need a Dem candidate who is going to go hard on Trump, his nepotism and potential treason.

He shouldn't have to be, Trump is a literal dumpster fire.

I'm not saying he should just retire and give speeches but someone needs to pick up his torch and run with it, we can't just keep relying on Obama to move things forward. His endorsement will carry plenty of weight in 2018 and 2020 but the candidates and the party need to have something people want beyond that.

Also, I did hear a rumor about 2 months ago that Hillary was putting together some strategy to get Trump out. This might be the beginning of that plan going into action.
