Or the exact opposite. You realize that offensive linemen are typically the smartest players on the field, right?

Either way, I can't believe 538 isn't all over this yet.

If you include Trump's tonnage, there was definitely more physical mass in 2017.

I would believe that some of the team were placed into the crowd to act as applause fluffers.

"We've got cases moving in the very, very liberal Ninth Circuit, who, they've been hostile to the order," Sessions said. "We won a case in Virginia recently that was a nicely-written order that just demolished, I thought, all the arguments that some of the other people have been making. We are confident that the President will prevail on appeal and particularly in the Supreme Court, if not the Ninth Circuit. So this is a huge matter. I really am amazed that a judge sitting on an island in the Pacific can issue an order that stops the President of the United States from what appears to be clearly his statutory and Constitutional power."
Jeff Sessions is truly a piece of ****.

Well, one you're that far off the mainland it's basically maritime law, you need a maritime judge.

Alan Branch was on CNN last night explaining why he didn't attend. Actually pretty good.

Branch was very well spoken. Was interesting hearing the perspective of a player who decided not to attend. Searched youtube but can't find it.

Fake news is and should remain the province of right-wing hacks and their acolytes (very appropriate term). We don't need to go high when they go low, but we shouldn't cheat. Cheating is how you win the day, week, or month, but not how you win in the long run. See, e.g., the continued existence of Obamacare/medicare/social security.

His campaign did buy an iPhone, I'm not super clear on what campaigns can or can't buy but it would certainly seem that personal purchases were being made with campaign money.

Very true. I went up there with a group about 7 years ago and we were minded pretty closely.

Then again, we aren't Mike Pence.

Watching the press conference with the Italian PM and Trump is going to pat himself on the back right into Xi not helping us with North Korea. While answering a question from a Fox reporter, he inserted "If you listen to the pundits, they say they've never seen China work so hard before in helping us." Top notch diplomacy.

I thought for sure it was Chaffetz filling a vacancy at FOX News

Rumor has it he's being considered for a Fox News job. Guess they need a new guy to grope the ladies now that O'Reilly is leaving.
