My guess:
Hillary 20-25
Bernie 20-25
Trump 15-20
Rubio 10-15
Cruz 10-15
everyone else <10
dat Bernie vs Hillary runoff would have been one for the ages
Republicans would adjust (rally behind one candidate) if polling showed Democrats in the top two slots.
It is to a stronger party's advantage to have exactly two good solid candidates, no more no less, so it maximizes the chance of getting both in the runoff and blocking the other party from doing that. To achieve this they could hold an online vote of the many candidates on the party's website to choose the two everyone agrees to pick between in the official election.
Also, Third parties would enter behind a single standard bearer.
