The Presidency of Donald J. Trump: No smocking guns. The Presidency of Donald J. Trump: No smocking guns.

Gotta think that's it for Spicer, especially if Kushner has absolutely any pull whatsoever (and actually gives a **** about his family's history, which is not a given).

Spicer mentioned the coalition of Russia, Syria, North Korea and Iran again today...like 4 times! Why's he keep pushing that? Also, does this mean Russia is pulling all the strings and that Iran is going to provoke us next, after NK? Or did that already happen with Iran's last provocation? Maybe Putin is trying to use his alignments to wear us thin, just like he did last year by using hacking, wikileaks, disinformation, etc. and possibly the Trump campaign.

recent poll in that race had the democrat trailing by 1. trump won by 27, pompeo (the rep. being replaced) by 31.

I think they'd have success hitting Seoul, as others have pointed out. I also fear they'd have success hitting Japan. Even a conventional strike on either South Korea or Japan could trigger World War III. We'd obviously defend them, and China may or may not jump in with North Korea. My guess would be no, if it's an unprovoked strike; but the likelihood goes up significantly if we strike North Korea pre-emptively.

I don't think they are that scared of losing the seat (despite the one supposed internal poll showing it close). I think they are more scared of the damage that a close win here + a loss in GA will do to Trump's ability to get Congress to do his bidding. If that happens, a lot of Congressmen in swing/semi-safe districts may start distancing themselves from Trump in order to try and save their own skin in 2018.

Just had a thought. Did Trump bring his family into government because he believes they'll get places in the nuclear bunker?

Someone please put my mind to rest.

Spiced is WOAT press secretary right? Is this debatable?
04-11-2017 , 02:46 PM
To be fair, he has a horrendously difficult job defending Trump's words and actions.
04-11-2017 , 02:47 PM
hard to say, hes had the hardest government to defend

During George W. Bush's terms, Syria, Iran, and North Korea were termed the Axis of Evil, and they were "next" to be put in line. Russia, who has stirred **** since post-WWI, is known to provide various levels of assistance to them. It's not really new, their coalition.

Defense Secretary "Mad Dog" Mattis is supposed to be briefing us on foreign policy soon (like 20 minutes?). Sounds important.

In 1940, public research (?*) polled Americans and 62% wanted to work it out w/Hitler if he won rather than go to war.

Market is beginning to call bs on all of the Trump trade. Gold is at highest/rates especially the long end are at the lowest levels since before the election. Banks underperforming...

Did Spicer say but yea at least Hitler didn't use chemical weapons?!?! That really can't be real
04-11-2017 , 03:17 PM
Spicer did a gaff in the actual sense of it. We all kind of know what he means, Assad is bad, Hitler is bad, they're all bad, and we had to do something. This is the worst part of the situation though.

This should be the end of Spicer, but who knows anymore. It might be the new wartime slogan. "Hey, not even Hitler did that."
