It's entirely possible that she's just dumb as ****. I'd default to that actually, absent additional information.

The Trump's are so dumb they thought 1) Hillary had been hacked and 2) if she had been hacked the emails would be interesting. She's a Yale educated lawyer, former law firm partner, former first lady and sec. of state, and yet the whole dumb Trump crew figured she was an idiot con artist like them. The probably believe all the **** they see on Fox. God I wish misery on everyone in that family.

This is all true. But on a fundamental level, it's much worse and it's not just the Trumps but the entire derposphere who should be scorned. We're talking about a crime, a felony in fact, possibly espionage even, and Ingraham Anal and all those ****bags are celebrating this. They're celebrating that a political opponent was the victim of a crime. They see this as a good thing. It's a political win for them.

It seems like there are a lot of people with mental or social issues and are unhappy with their lives and instead of working on helping themselves and improving their situations they redirect all that negativity into support for Trump, racism against immigrants, etc. It reminds me of a recent Vice documentary on the "incel" subculture. But swap out "incel" for "Trump."

And then you hear about this recent QAnon conspiracy stuff. These people's brains are like magnets for any kind of insanity or anything that validates their warped view of the world.

Must be time to replace the inscription on the Statue of Liberty soon.

Or maybe just get rid of the whole thing.

Karl Rove thinks Trump needs to dial back his attacks on the media

Quote:
President Trump’s attacks on the media have gone too far and risk alienating undecided voters in November’s midterm elections, Republican strategist Karl Rove said Monday.

The comments by Rove, a former senior adviser to President George W. Bush, come one day after Trump took his critique of the media to a new level, not only calling the press “the enemy of the people” but also suggesting that it “can cause War!”

“I think the president would be well-advised to tone down the rhetoric,” Rove said in an appearance on Fox News Channel. He argued that the audience Trump needs to target most is not the media but rather undecided voters who have voiced disapproval of his performance as president.

“To win the election this fall, he’s got to win the people who are up for grabs in this election,” Rove said.
lol, he and the Clintonites can kick back some drinks together yearning for the days when you would just secretly spread rumors about your opponents fathering an illegitimate black child behind the scenes, instead of openly telling people the media is their enemy

I was thinking the same thing. It's like you have to be independently wealthy to become a citizen.

I don’t konw why anyone finds this surprising. In addition to debriefs and cooperation agreements, prosecutors would have met with him a lot to prepare for his testimony on a trial of this magnitude. Presumably he is also a witness in the trial in October, so there would have been meetings to prep for that as well.

Yeah I'm not seeing how that's even relevant.

I mean, it’s relevant and an incredibly common cross-examination tactic for any witness. But it’s so commonplace and standard that there is even a jury instruction (at least in my state) that essentially says it is normal for attorneys to meet with witnesses prior to testimony and there is nothing wrong with that. The cross-examination value of it is probably pretty minimal, but many defense attorneys still do it.

Not that the reasoning is bad, but probably should get rid of a few others if that's the criteria now. Bill Cosby and Kevin Spacey come instantly to mind.

FWIW the Walk of Fame is not even in West Hollywood, this is only remotely worth mentioning because it's nearby and the word "Hollywood" is in their name so it sounds vaguely connected. This has as much weight as any other small independent city "urging" the star's removal.
