I actually agree.

But again, just imagine the derposphere if Obama was about to release 800 ISIS fighters - regardless of how much it did or didn't make sense.

Right-wing media would go nuts and the MSM would thoughtfully wring their hands and try to look for the nuance in both sides of the tough decision.

Meanwhile Trump can do it to zero pushback from either side and some guy named Jossue will get 5000% more media coverage, from right, center, and left media - during the same time span.

I'm so sick of living in this grand canyon-wide double standard.

I had shingles last year. It was just a 3 inch line on my chest just below my right breast bone. That **** hurt when I tried to type. I think I missed a day of work because of it, and I sit in an office chair all day.

While corvette got lucky with an extremely mild outbreak they can range up to extremely painful and debilitating. Not really a good reason not to get one once you reach the age of susceptibility.

No poll on 538 has him at 52% approval. Highest is Rasmussen at 50%. A weird lie perhaps, but it is true that his approval has seen an upturn in the last two weeks of about five points. Just another reminder that a large segment of the public is quite dumb. Five percent of American adults said "I now approve of the man I didn't like two weeks ago during the shutdown he caused for no reason. He is still the same person who caused a shutdown for no reason, he hasn't apologized or shown any reflection on the matter, he just declared a national emergency for no reason, but now I like him."

Britain is arresting and putting on trial people who fought against ISIS with the Kurds. I have zero concern about bringing back British ISIS fighters to then put them on trial and lock them up if they are a danger.

Its an extension of the jihadi bride example happening right now. Did they break the law, if so prove it and apply punishment. Otherwise they have British passports and thus the right to be in the country. Put them on a watch list and let them otherwise walk free if you can't prove anything in court, I am comfortable with that middle ground.

I'm 29 and got the first of two shingles vaccines last year due to being immunosuppressed. You can get them before 50, but your insurance company will fight like hell to not pay for it cause Murica.

If I ever catch a serious illness from an antivaxxer it may turn me - a passive, non-aggressive, peaceful person - into a murderous vigilante.
