Yeah thinking about this side track, I can find a 19 or 20 year old physically attractive but there is very little chance that I would find them emotionally or intellectually an adult and actually interacting with someone that age would make it glaring obvious how young they are.

Also I think sometimes there is a misnomer sometimes that more mature younger people are more likely to date someone older. I suspect the reality is mostly the inverse. So if you find a 20 year old who wants to date a 40 year old they are going to be less emotionally and intellectual mature than average.

I figure if she hits on you first, you're good to go. Lots of women at that age want older guys even much older guys sometimes. fwiw, I've been hit on by more high school age girls in my mid 30's then I did in high school/college. (I don't work in a school or anything like that) Doubt this will be the case at 40 though but why not go for it if you want to--life is too short.

This. If you are in your 30s and want to actually have a relationship with like a 19yo then you may have maturity issues or personality problems (although like anything, there are exceptions). If you pursue 19yos sexually without any indications they are interested, you are a creep. But if they want to sleep with you and seem reasonably mature, then why not.

I also believe that he throws out a lot of hot takes and contrarian viewpoints to draw attention to himself and separate himself from the rest of the journalists out there (though I hesitate to call him a journalist). He's more interested in his own popularity than being the supposed truthteller he thinks he is.
