Nobody claimed he was developmentally disabled. That was just keed not understanding the IQ scale.

nobody said anything about "smokey eyes" you're thinking about "sleepy eyes chuck todd". the joke about shs was she uses burnt facts to create "the perfect smokey eye" which is a known style of eye makeup and not an antisemetic slur which is what the president used repeatedly to describe chuck todd

Other than the obvious stupidity of proposing a bet with people you don't know irl, requiring other people you don't know irl to organize and take a long test with no financial incentive, there is one huge flaw in your bet.

Neither Sklansky or Keed actually think trump is above average intellect. Sklansky has stated so and keed is simply trolling. I'm just having fun dunking him because he is so so so awful at it.

According to Twitter, they heard "fat" instead of "facts" and jumped to conclusions thinking her appearance was being made fun of. I kinda believe it because I've seen transcripts about the Uncle Tom line ending in "Aunt Coulter" instead of Ann Coulter. People hear what they want to hear. Really hard to say because he doesn't know much and has no interests. I think his writing, as bad as it is, indicates a not-below-average level IQ. It really doesn't matter. His personality makes him way dumber than what would be the average dumbness determined by his IQ, whatever it may be. There are concepts that Trump will not understand, even though he theoretically could, because to understand them would conflict somehow with his ego. I know a guy with ~150 IQ who is like this.

smoky eyes is basically a literary trope for “sexy” and considered an essential for that “sultry” look. Many people consider it inappropriate for work in more professional settings.

Yes, the technique can be used with more neutral colors but it sure as hell isnt what people (any woman and any man that grew up with a pile of sisters/female cousins) have in mind when they hear “smoky eyes.”
