Pop psych based on my own experiences. I'm a lawyer. When people are accused of doing something wrong, there are a lot of possible reactions.
One that I have seen several times is when people have done something that they are ashamed of doing, they don't want to admit doing it. But actually flatly lying is hard for them. So what they'll do is deny that they are the SORT of people who would do that, they make an argument from character about a factual issue.
Conversely, when someone DIDN'T do the thing and there's a claim that the other party has evidence that it happened the truly innocent person tends to get confrontational, "let me see it then". Which makes sense. If someone said they had video of you cheating on your wife you wouldn't tell someone to "investigate" that to see whether or not it's true, you'd say "no, you don't, and if you did you'd be showing it to me right now." There's no "explanation" for why it can't be true, if you know you didn't do it you know there can't be video.
The pee tape is extremely real. It's the realest thing that has ever been or ever will be. Future generations will describe realness in fractions of a pee tape.
Yeah comey’s Book excerpts heavily reinforce how much of this is true based on how trump responded and behaved. Basically just another 5000 lb straw to put on the camel to go with all the others.
What’s so silly is we are arguing over minutae. There are a thousand valid reasons why Trump should be removed.
