There is no way a person can change their mind as often and erratically as Trump without some sort of brain damage or defect. It is extremly abnormal.

Alternatively, maybe he just doesn’t care one way or the other about most topics because pretty much nothing he does affects his life, aside from a tax cut.

When my clients enter into an agreement in court, and the agreement is read into the record, the last questions that I ask them are whether I fully answered any questions they might have had about the agreement and whether they're happy with my services. It's a very standard thing, and it's to prevent the client from turning around 3 months later and saying that their lawyer should have advised them that what they were doing was a bad idea.

This sounds an awful lot like that.
