Why would Hannity say Cohen never represented him? Is he assuming Trump will pardon him if he committed a crime?
Because when dumb people think they are being accused of doing something wrong but they don't really understand what they just deny everything because they figure that's the safest path.
I think the most likely path here is Cohen does so little legal work his lawyers told him that his AC claims were going to be super weak, so he went trawling through his rolodex trying to find people he could plausibly say were clients without fully realizing that this is big boy court against the FBI not bullying a stripper with an NDA.
I guess I will finally have to watch "Get me Roger Stone".

Like Hannity's line about how he never discussed anything with Cohen that involved a third party... what sort of conversations do you have with a LAWYER that don't involve anyone but yourself? Were you planning on suing yourself but wanted to run it past somebody? All law involves other people, that's why court cases have a "v." in them!
I guess maybe like, patent law? Was Hannity inventing **** in his spare time?

Sean seems to be saying he just asked Mikey for sweet real estate tips, "almost" exclusively.
Hmmm...Maybe he flipped a mansion for twice what he paid to some oligarch who immediately leveled it or something.
Shepard Smith just said Sean "Hannity's producers are working to contact him" after word broke that the Fox News host is Michael Cohen's mystery third client.
"For us, the elephant in the room is that Sean Hannity is said to have been a third client of Michael Cohen," Smith said. "Hannity's producers are working to contact him" and, "We'll report on it when we know the rest of it."
Most likely scenario here has to be Cohen paid someone off for Hannity, Cohen got paid by the RNC or some other source.
Could be, but why would Hannity need Cohen? Don't tell me he couldn't find another slimy lawyer. Maybe Hannitynwas at Epstien's Island and they got a group deal.

This is true, unfortunately. Hannity has better lawyers. He was probably just being nice to Cohen, and Cohen and his lawyers lied to the court to bolster their privilege claim.
The issue they brought on themselves now is whether Cohen is a lawyer at all, such that anything he said with Trump is privileged. He probably wins that issue, but it's now live.
I wish I had a time machine to go back and watch Hannity’s show the day Cohen got raided.
you don't need a time machine. You just need a cable subscription. You can stream previous fox news shows on their web site, gonna go do this right now. This happened the ninth, right?
edit: just watched the first ten minutes, Hannity doesn't seem upset or shook at all. Just says Mueller investigation out of control, attorney client privilege busted, blah blah blah. Which is to say, exactly what you would expect him to say.
