All we care about is raising the money to fund the green revolution. If there is a better way to do it, than what was done in the past, why not do that?

I think by instituting a wealth tax and raising estate taxes a lot we can raise the same funds as a very high marginal tax rate which can hurt innovation and is easier to avoid.

That's the trouble with these Lucro-American activists. They talk a good game about all being on the same side, but at the end of the day they're only looking out for their own interests. Sneaky, like. Can't trust them.
