With things like this ongoing, it seems weird that Mueller is done. How do these things reconcile?

The entire Mueller thing makes no sense at this point.

Mueller farmed out a bunch of Trump investigations to SDNY and other offices.

Most speculation I've seen suggests the mystery company is Qatari or maybe Saudi. So in that case it would make sense if Mueller farmed it out to a different office. But all of the reporting says the subpoena came from Mueller, which does seem a little odd.

Totally cool.

Given how happy Republicans were to hire him to do the investigating, I have to wonder if they did so thinking that this would happen.

Another reason the report will never even be allowed to be seen by Congress, Barr's letter says there was no collusion or coordination with the Russian government. The word government allows all kinds of unsavory things to be swept under the NO COLLUSION rug.

I'm happy to see journalists challenge those listed on their past statements, perhaps eliciting more evidence, or perhaps a retraction/correction by the guests on what they meant or what they now think... For example, I'd very much like to know what evidence Adam Schiff has seen of collusion that he's referenced.

So that's all fine, as long as they do the same thing to every Trump aide, Trump surrogate or Republican who has spouted off inaccurate bull**** over the last two years, and refuse to give airtime to the ones who keep lying.

But that'll never happen. The first part (holding Dems more accountable) probably will, though.
