Maybe you simply don’t read the thread as often as I do and don’t recognize how highly unusual it is for trump to have done that and he has had significantly more hectic schedules. He tweets from his phone. Being at mar a lago has never stopped him from tweeting for 36 plus hours before. It’s just not true.

That people don’t recognize this was and continues to be highly unusual have a pretty poor lack of perception. Chalking it up to coincidence is pretty fatalist.

Well, to be fair the check/balance on this is the public voting them out.

Which shows you the real problem-- there isn't a check/balance on what happens if the people in charge are openly criminal and the majority of the public doesn't care.

Isn't this terrible for 2020? Not sure the odds have actually moved that much but I kind of assumed that the chances of a second Trump term would jump up considerably with this outcome.
