my favorite jefferson beauregard sessions the third moment was when the newspapers reported that trump mocked sessions in private with a faux southern accent, and trump's response at the time was, "that's totally made up, i would never do that." and then at cpac last week he mocked sessions for being dumb and he used the southern accent. that was objectively great. to have a new york bigshot stand on stage in front of the nation's deplorables and do a mocking southern accent, and to have those uneducated southerners, who under any other circumstances would get SUPER ANGRY at a new york socialite bringing up the old stereotype of the dumb guy with a southern accent, eat it up and clap and cheer for it, even though he's demeaning an alabama senator who was like the safest seat in the senate before he got involved with trump
