I've watched Khanna twice now, going from memory instead of step by step though:

1. Consistently refers to documentation that Michael Cohen provided today as "smoking gun documents".

2. Consistently hammers that the payments that were given to Cohen to repay him for paying off Stormy Daniels was financial fraud.

3. Unveils that Executive-1 is Allen Weisselberg(sp? I copied and pasted last two times I put his name down), and Executive-2 is Junior.

4. Describes a scene in which DJT acknowledges that he owes a debt to Cohen for Stormy Daniels hush payments, and tells him it will be paid in 12 installments. One of which comes directly from DJT and one which comes from DJT - Revocable Trust. Because it comes from the trust, it has to be paid through Allen Weisselberg and either Junior or Eric Trump.

5. Hammers home that Cohen was caught up in a scheme to submit documentation for invoices that were false, in order to be paid back a debt for hush payments, and that the co-conspirators were Weisselberg, Junior, Cohen and DJT himself, and yet only Cohen is being held responsible at this time.

I guess I don't get the play here. House Rs and Wikileaks (twitter account..) and Roger Stone all say that Cohen is lying. If that's true then they'll definitely indict him for perjury and lying to congress (again), right?
