This 3rd-trimester abortion thing suuuuuuuuuuucks. It's gonna be a top 3 issue in 2020. Gives moderate suburban boomers an easy excuse to still vote for Trump.

Dems really need to get some messaging out about how infrequent they are and under grave circumstances. Like just publish the story behind every single one in the last year - anonymous of course. Well maybe not that level of detail. But at least sum up the reasons and how rare it is.

I'm not exactly sure how far along it was when you read it, but it looks like some are reporting taxes going up, others are finding them going down, and some are about the same.

Yeah seems like political malpractice that this is even getting talked about or legislated right now. Can someone concisely summarize what these laws are about and why we need them???

If a woman that late in pregnancy has a life threatening complication relating to pregnancy, she gets an emergency C-section or induced if less urgent then they do the best they can for the baby. If a fetus at a late stage has malformations non-compatible with life it will be delivered and they won’t try to escalate care or resuscitate. As far as I know this is standard medical care for years, why is abortion coming into the discussion?
