The Presidency of Donald J. Trump: Harm to Ongoing Matter The Presidency of Donald J. Trump: Harm to Ongoing Matter

I wonder how many deplorables see those emails and say "My Gosh! The libs are out of control!" and send money 2 or 3x a month.

Trump is such a communication genius. You guys still don't get it. If Iran causes "trouble", then that justifies the need for canceling the Terrible Iran Nuclear Deal. And if they don't, well, that's because we sent them the right message by canceling the Terrible Iran Nuclear Deal! He has played the perfect unbeatable 7th-degree chess move!

I shake my head at this nonsense.

I used to get them from Obama. Funny part is that I know what list they are from based on who the email is addressed to, even though they all go to my email. My Sister gets Obama list emails, my dad gets DNC and I get RNC. My email is not on the Trump list.

Interesting that the Obama list is different than the DNC list and the Trump list is separate from the RNC list.

Just tell Trump how many coal miners and farmers would be able to vote for him if they could have the day off.

Foxconn’s plan for a giant Wisconsin factory now looks uncertain
“In Wisconsin we’re not building a factory,” Louis Woo, special assistant to Foxconn chief executive Terry Gou, told Reuters. “You can’t use a factory to view our Wisconsin investment.”

The Taiwanese technology juggernaut initially pledged in 2017 to construct a $10 billion liquid-crystal display panel plant and create up to 13,000 jobs in the state’s southeastern corner over the next 15 years. The positions would pay an average annual wage of $53,000, the firm said — a solid salary in the manufacturing realm.

...

Trump celebrated the deal in the East Room of the White House in 2017 and attended a groundbreaking ceremony last summer in Racine County.

“I would see Terry, and I would say, ‘Terry, you have to give us one of these massive places you do great work with,’ ” he said two years ago in front of news cameras, adding that he told the company head, “The American worker will not let you down.”

He literally called it a "Democratic power grab."

If this is true, that Democrats want to "grab power" by allowing more people to vote, then the reverse would have to be true as well: Republicans want to keep people from voting in order to "grab power."

He straight-up criticizes a stewardess for being too graphic in her description of Trump's groping her. I had to set my Kindle down for a minute there.

The upshot is that Cliff has an axe to grind with everyone else in Trump's inner circle, and he's out to dish the goss. Spicer lies to him about his salary and we're off to the races with catty and blatantly self-serving palace intrigue. Fantastic. This is the ****ty dumbed-down cash-in version of All The President's Men that Dumb Watergate deserves. Don't buy it, but do find a pirated version.

Sims does a very poor job of defending his "trump doesn't have a racist bone in his body" claim, but the evidence isn't exactly on Sims' side.

This was the issue when his re-election campaign filed immediately after he was elected which has never been done before.

Obviously the super grift is on.

Last June...

Today...

"Foxconn is reconsidering plans to make advanced liquid crystal display panels at a $10 billion Wisconsin campus, and said it intends to hire mostly engineers and researchers rather than the manufacturing workforce the project originally promised."

https://www.nbcnews.com/business/bus...touted-n964411

But things aren't so bad for Wisconsin Trumpists in the owning themselves department as their state's Harley Davidson struggles to deal with the Trump tariffs and saw sales way down last year.

Of course, this is after Trump called for a boycott of the ultra-American motorcycle brand...

can you imagine someone pretending to be president of a country without getting the most votes and serving without majority support?
01-30-2019 , 06:15 PM
"assumption of the presidency... to regain democracy." Nary a sense of irony there, and most Democrats support this. Lawls.

Wouldn't it be great if the world refused to accept Trump as the leader?
