The "proper" answer is just to indent the long thing, but the mystery just deepens from there. One oddity is that the line break falls differently from where it normally would (i.e., "House" would naturally go on the first line since there's plenty of room for it). Also, there's no institutional affiliation, or even an address. One bizarre but hilarious interpretation is that the address is intended to be parsed as The Honorable Nancy Pelosi (name), Speaker of the (title), House of Representatives (organization, I guess no street address needed since famous), Washington, DC (city/state).
