LUL, these summits are all supposed to be carefully orchestrated. Usually, the actual diplomats work everything out in advance (this can take weeks or months) so that the two leaders have already decided what they will agree on, then the actual meetings are just for show and they sign a joint declaration at the end.

My guess is that the Trump administration did none of that and he waltzed in there and thought he could charm Kim into agreeing to something. Kim balked and that was that.

Hillary would have done a deal, Trump saved us from a deal. Thank you, Mr. T.

Should've brought McDonald's to the meeting instead of local cuisine

MICHAEL COHEN IS A LIAR AND YOU CAN'T TRUST HIM. Except when he says no collusion, that wasn't a lie. You can trust him on that.
02-28-2019 , 03:31 AM
lol that response about cohen was such pure rambling trump spew

Can you talk about some of the specifics of what you discussed regarding denuclearization?

Sure, well, denuclearization is a great word, a word you're hearing a lot, and a lot of people don't understand what it means, but to me it's just getting rid of all of the nuclear weapons on the peninsula, which is in a great and interesting location near China and Russia and South Korea and water. So that's what it is and next question please quickly before she follows up because I don't know what the **** I'm talking about.

This is a traveling clown show. Trump is a disgrace. He clearly has no idea what the **** he's talking about up there. Hannity showboating from the side with some flattering question comparing Trump and Reagan, this is now how we present ourselves on the global stage

I missed the **** show today trying to deal with some issues at work. Then my girlfriend broke up with me. I truly thought she was my future. At the end of the day, I was glad to be able to catch up on things here.

This really is embarrassing, this rambling after the Otto Warmier question.

"I don't believe my good buddy who uses anti-aircraft weapons to execute enemies of the people and even blowtorches would ever harm Americans"

Really sorry to hear about that, I've been caught out of the blue with someone I thought I might have a serious future with and it's one of the worst feelings. Hang in there!

Thanks for the kind words. I'm pretty inconsolable right now, but I'm trying.

If it makes you feel better. The prize for a successful relationship is one of you dying.

Regardless of what happens to Trump while in office it's hard to believe he's not screwed legally if he loses the 2020 election

It stings now but it frees you up to be with someone you were meant to be with.

Sorry to hear that. The craziness of the Cohen hearing helped distract me a little from a bad day, too. My 17.5-year old dog was unable to walk properly - her hind legs basically stopped working the way they should. I thought this was it. At this point, it looks like spinal compression (pending confirmation from a specialist), rather than something horrible like a tumor, but boy was it a bad day.

Let's all just let the insanity of the Trump administration numb our emotions.

Your dog made it to 17.5 years? That's nuts!

It will get better - it really will. Everyone has stuff going on.

I quit my job this week. My boss was my mom.... I also cut off contact with my family because of the way they treat me (ie - let my BIL say racist stuff in front me and indirectly call my girlfriend a thug to my face to pwn the libs). My girlfriend is also 2 weeks from having our first kid

Onward and upwards my dude!

The derails are extra strange in the last two pages.

She's got her issues, as one would expect at this age (heart, kidney, arthritis), but she's still going. Had some health scares recently - seizure two months ago (so now she's on even more medication more frequently), vomiting stretch this weekend (turns out it was something she ate), and now the leg thing - but if the vet is right and treatments work, she'll be ok. I'll have to carry her around a lot for a couple months, but I'm happy to do it if it means she'll still be here.

Before yesterday, the thing that has slowed her down the most is her vision. it was weak before the seizure, but the seizure made her probably like 98% blind. Personality is still there, but she just can't really do anything. It's funny and sad at the same time when she gets frantic for a treat and gives me paw, but just gives paw to the air because she can't see where I am.

It's pretty amazing to think I've known her most of my adult life. I'm about to turn 43. Got her when I was 25. My 10 and 12-year old kids haven't known a life without her.
