Because we know people that age? When my dad was 72 and suffering from extreme Alzheimer’s he still would have crushed trump in most areas on most subjects.

Stop pretending like trump is not astronomically more stupid than average anything.

Trumps always been dumb. The whole point of him being on Stern and Letterman was that he was the rich out of touch buffoon. They were not laughing with him they were laughing at him.

Well past school age? lol, Good God now you're talking about the bottom 10% in all likelihood. At least in the 72 range you have old age kicking in to compare him to

Obviously this. 'Trump is worse than Kissinger' is an awful, shameful take

Dave

He can’t multiply 17x6 in his head.

He’s never had a job

He’s lived a fantasy life with no base in reality

He might not be able to pick South America out of 7 blank continents.

Dude is a legit moron that doesn’t want to learn anything.

He is dumb of course but Google tells me that around half Americans think that Noah's Ark is real.

trumpkin at my work held court for about 45 minutes on why Mccabe committed treason. plenty of super smart independent both sides are horrible politicians but unsurprisingly his super logic fell exactly along the lines of right wing talking points every single time. and boy was he going hard in the paint on how awful Mccabe and the fbi is. unprecedented, independent agency, not allowed to do that, over and over. it was really hard to bite my tongue but I managed. I think my blood pressure is still elevated tho.

This is a fair point. I am obviously projecting into the future when comparing him to someone like Kissinger.

However, war is not the only way for a president to cause human suffering. Trump’s attack on democracy itself can easily result in greater suffering than any war. Like it or not, the US is a lynchpin in global geopolitical stability and its erosion will lead to greater famine, poverty, war and sectarianism.

Kissinger was SoS or NSA for 10 years. Trump has been in power for two years. It's a speculative comparison but trends do not look good for trump.

Kissinger directly enabled massive tyranny and suffering and genocide in East Timor. He orchestrated a coup in Chile that led to a brutal tyranny. He destabilized SE Asia, directly causing hundreds of thousands of deaths and destabilizing the region sufficiently that the Cambodian genocide was able to happen. Trump's "attack on democracy" in the US is going to cause greater suffering and violence than Kissinger did? How exactly?

Hey guys liver cancer is way worse that lung cancer am I rite? Obviously they're both ultimately life threatening and have largely similar remedies but it's definitely worth arguing about which is worse for 1000 posts.

Wait, modern rapid transit, through one of the most densely populated places on earth, costs more than a wall through the middle of nowhere?

lol.

Not so elegant way out of having to try to defend the nonsense you're peddling itt -- that nonspecific "attacks on democracy" are somehow going to, through some mysterious mechanism, lead to more violence and suffering than the millions of deaths that are attributable to Kissinger's policies and actions. But hey man, whatever works.

Before we go here let's remember that if the wall could ever be built in our lifetimes, which it can't, it would cost exponentially more than he says it would cost.
