Lol, he's obviously just lying again, but I could also totally see him angrily calling a meeting of his intelligence chiefs, they tell him "no sir, we didn't completely contradict you about everything, it's just the fake media saying that" and him totally believing it. It's probably the go-to response for people in his administration when he gets mad at them for anything.
