I really have no clue what he can do, I just think it's a safe bet that he has people working on this. I wouldn't be surprised if ultimately he just asks Whitaker to launch an investigation into her for something random, or launches some sort of an attack on San Francisco for being a sanctuary city and tries to cut federal funding (although courts have already struck that type of thing down to my knowledge).

So I don't know what his angle is going to be, but it'll be something...
