I just said it was key, not that they would win. But 1v1 in a Republican primary, it's close. Trump got ~45% of the popular vote in the Republican primary in 2016. Cruz + Rubio + Kasich voters added up to more than Trump.

I've got a better chance than Jeff Flake to be president, if that's his plan that's absurd

There were a fair number of deplorables who didn't vote for trump because they didn't think he could win or they liked one of the other candidates better. That's not going to happen now that he's an incumbent. He still is in the 70's for approval rating with repubs. Anyway this is probably academic because him making it to a 2020 primary is a big if.

I think y'all are over estimating how similar government software is to commercial software...

So Cotton and Perdue thought they heard Trump say ****house instead of ****hole, but instead of actually saying that, they are trying to be vague as **** and twist it into a defense/denial.

**** them.

My aunt and uncle hate Trump and didn't vote for him in the primary. Of course, in the general election they voted for him because they vote straight R all the way down. They are both 80ish. I imagine a lot of voters did the same thing.

From the brief bit I saw Cotton's denial of what Trump said was really a confirmation. He went out of his way to say Trump didn't say any ****hole thing about any person. That's pretty much confirmation that he said it about countries, which is what was reported.

This administration and it's minions are like a bad lawyer joke. Even on the rare occasion they are factually correct they manage to be totally dishonest.

Did you see that reported anywhere? I went looking and found a couple people saying it:

****house makes zero sense and is obviously not what he said. Also, who the **** cares? It doesn't change anything. This is just a distraction and every minute spent on it is bad and I now feel bad for writing this post.

Imagine being Tom Cotton; white shoe lawyer, infantry officer of the most prestigious order, US Senator and you'll trying to weasel out of acknowledging the President used "sh*thole" by using "sh*thouse". What a slimy pathetic guy.

Tim Cotton is a piece of ****, full stop.

And "white shoe lawyer" is not a plus. You have to be, at best, completely amoral to do that job.

On Martin Luther King Jr day I thought I would quote MLK and Orange. I'll paraphrase to keep it simple.

"Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere" - MLK

"There are good Nazis" - Trump

I'm really dailing back my WAAF on the trump nuke thing now that I have had time to reflect and remember all the incidents of heroic military men refusing to commit atrocities on principle. Think of all the mass graves, civilian carpet bombings, genocide, burned villages, terrible weapons that cause excruciating deaths, previous use of nukes that would have leveled entire cities that may have littered our history if not for the moral fortitude of our military leaders saying "say, is this legal?"

I slept like a baby last night for the first time in a while thanks to being led to that light by the rational people itt.

Trump's a 5 year old confirmed.

How many buttons are ready to fire texts with one push?

Tsunami button seems plausible as do hurricane and missing kid buttons. What about 'the aliens are coming button', Hawaii got one of them?

Also I don't believe for a moment that it was one push of a button to send texts all over their island. Fs I've to take more action just to get into any device I own.
