The Presidency of Donald J. Trump: No smocking guns. The Presidency of Donald J. Trump: No smocking guns.

This has been discussed ad nauseum but the chances Flynn is testifying against some acolyte are significantly higher than against Trump imo. Likelihood that Trump let underlings run his campaign while he played golf are pretty high. I think chances are better of indicting Trump on financial crimes, but Flynn can't be germane to that investigation.

yeah but you can tell trump KNEW about this stuff at the very least.

Like when he ****ing said "russia... or whoever... if youre listening and have those emails..." during a rally like a total moron, he's obviously showing his own knowledge of the situation at the very least (if hes not the most important piece of it like in the dossier).

one guy flipping on him saying trump knew and its over.

even flynn gets to kushner or trump jr it would be enough.

One time (for the thousanth time)

It's not though. This is a highly underreported story but the extreme right has been VERY efficient at installing judges over the past year. Far more so than any previous administration.

This will have far reaching effects on America for generations.

In this one way, they are among the most successful administration in decades.

I doubt Trump simply knowing will mean much in this current political climate, just a lot of " its very concerning " and no action. You need him with direct ties to the action to get these schmucks to actually do anything.

Maybe if the dems win bigly in 2018, it could scare enough republicans to get on board.

The money. Follow it.

its going to happen. if not with this administration, then with the next one. gerrymandering, discrimination, purging and suppression will ensure that these guys stay in power. and even if some dems get in power, they arent savvy enough to undo this stuff, nor do they really care enough.

really, the only way to undo all of this is going to be some sort of full rewrite of our constitution and laws. and that proly will take a civil war.

No way. Prosecution cooperation agreements simply don't work this way. You don't flip a high level target to go after low level targets. Flynn is a very high level target, higher even than manafort because he actually served in the administration. If he is indeed cooperating then the only people I could see him legitimately spilling the beans on who would be worth him getting a deal are Kushner, Trump Jr., or the big cheetoh himself.

Right, Kushner and DJT Jr were who I was referring to with "acolytes". I think they're both more likely than Trump himself.

Daddy will just pardon Kushner and his kids though. I'm sure Mueller has them on state level financial crimes, but Mueller himself won't have leverage I don't think.

Now, of course, pardoning his kids and Kushner should be a snap impeachment. But Republicans.

There's like 0% chance that he wrote this himself, right?

He used a comma splice.
11-24-2017 , 12:10 PM
Flynn Jr might be the stupidest of anyone involved
11-24-2017 , 12:23 PM
All of the Russia stuff still comes down to the Republican congress impeaching Trump.

He's 100% gonna fire Mueller.

11-24-2017 , 12:43 PM
It was Obama’s fault.

11-24-2017 , 12:47 PM
Yup. He got clearance, and that was the end of the story.
