Is pure bull****. I have mild PTSD now. I go to therapy. Anybody that thinks shooting someone, even someone who just murdered someone and is coming after you is easy and you can just forget it is a moron.
Yes of course any normal human being is going to have issues after killing someone justified or not. I think that he is using a poor choice of words to try and say that you need to do your best to accept that the badguy forced the situation to happen not you.

There is alot of bravado in that post for sure and I think some poorly chosen phrasing like the above. I haven't mentioned that post here before because of that language and the part about brandishing and then just driving away. I guess now the subject has been brought up I'm interested in more of your thoughts.

Shot my new Dan Wesson yesterday. The thing is amazing. I'm not in love with the sights but it is insanely accurate and smooth shooting. At ~20ft I put 2 mags rapid fire into a less than 2 inch group.

The standard self defense haircut.

Studies have shown people with this haircut are 85% less likely to be attacked.

Self defense that works IMO

<-- has same haircut LDO with a little bit of cartoon baby cowlick in front. Confirmed defensive hairstyle.

The only real down side to having lots of guns & a wife that likes to shoot is the amount of gun cleaning I do. I enjoy it but after the fourth one it gets a bit old some days. Oh well beats laundry which is what she did tonight. #housesmellslikeHoppes

I love the smell of Hoppes.

My house doesn't really smell like it though because you only use 4 drops per GLOCK pistol IMO.

AK's, I dip an old tube sock in motor oil and yank it through the barrel, clean enough IMO

Pretty funny that the people itt are the Zimmerman defenders? And when I actually brought up hunting itt, I was pretty much laughed at cuz peeps don't carry guns for hunting they carry it to shoot people in self defense and of course as Tsao said, in case the rapture comes.

FYP.

I think it's standard.

As for hunting, I hunt occasionally, what do you wanna discuss about hunting?
04-02-2012 , 12:52 AM
Oh. I thought you guys were mad that he still might get charged and have to prove his innocence through the court system.
04-02-2012 , 12:53 AM
Well, as BCPVP pointed out, arresting him without probable cause he acted in violation of state law is a violation of state law.

ETA: You don't "Prove your innocence" through the court system, that's not how it's designed. The prosecutor must prove your guilt.

That's really the larger point of what BCPVP, myself and NeBlis have been saying. I can't speak for alot of the kooks in that thread, nor will I attempt to.

Yup +1 especially the last sentence.

I'll continue that discussion in the proper thread.

Yea, but they get cleaned in the garage, near the air compressor.

As for the GLOCKS, they are clean. GLOCK pistols are designed to be run dry. I used to not believe it until I saw one of the GSSF sponsored guys field strip his one day. Bone ****ing dry. He was doing a cleaning demo.

I've realized through the years they run better dry. They were engineered to. You push one of those Remington patches through (NOT the Rem-Oil patches) about 10 times, then hit it with the PLASTIC brush pushing out through the barrel several times, after putting one drop of Hoppes on that brush, then continue until I push I patch through and it comes out white.

Other than that I just toothbrush the piss out of it and put the 4 lubricating drops as directed in the manual.

Smooth. Dry. Clean. GLOCK.

First annual Silencers Are Legal Shoot.

Dallas TX - 4/28/12

Link

I'll likely go there. This "Silencers are Illegal" myth is annoying.

Just ordered my second handgun, a sigpro 2022 .40. Should have it within a week.

Very nice. Post pics when you get it.

I carried SIG's for a time, I kind of like them.

Me like! I really like Sigs in general and that is a very affordable option. afaik its only available in DA/SA right? Thats always been my issue with some sigs and HKs as I prefer the same trigger every time regardless of if its SA or DA.
04-06-2012 , 03:32 PM
Yeah its DA/SA. I also have a CZ P01 that is DA/SA but its really only DA if you decock.
