Yes, this is the problem! JP is an idiot and knows nothing(see Harris first podcast with JP). Harris actually knows what he's talking about and is really smart.

I don't see what's wrong with the initial part of the quote and the following that you omitted is 100% spot on what's occurred.

He’s looking at it from a complete perspective on how to go about navigating a giant problem. It seems like people don’t want to admit what role they have in fixing it and in some cases like the SPLC, working against it.

Saying political correct lines of Islam is a religion of peace when dudes are blowing thremselves up in the name of Islam doesn’t help. It makes it more attractive when lunatic like Trump says openly racist ideas and wants to do a blanket Muslim ban.

The so-called war on terror is not just a crime against humanity, it's an unseemly disgrace and embarrassment. If America spends 100s of billions of dollars on a defense budget to the neglect of it's citizenry and still gets caught slipping by some dudes with box cutters, America doesn't get to burn down the Middle East from now until forever in some deranged revenge spree.
