Is the above account real? (i.e. was it actually Sean Hannity, during the time that his main account was down?)

If it's parody, then not bad, and ignore the following. But if it's him...I previously thought the guy was just a lying scumbag - but is he actually insane?

That account tweeted a bunch of Hannity stuff, and then this nonsense:


Which, okay, the guy is mad about his account getting taken down. But then an hour later, he repeats that tweet again, with "11 HOURS ago...", and then another 11 HOURS tweet, and then a 12 HOURS tweet, and another 12 HOURS tweet, and then a 13 HOURS tweet, and another 13 HOURS tweet, and then a 14 hours tweet, and then a 15 HOURS tweet, and then a SixTEEN HOURS! tweet.

Seriously unhinged. At least in this one, he acknowledges that nobody really cares about his Twitter.

So is that the real Hannity or no? I’m guessing not

So Van Jones - a somewhat sane liberal - comes back with his own CNN show - and he's interviewing JayZ? And even if you care what JayZ thinks about anything - his take is poor blacks really don't care about having more money?

I didn't watch much of the interview but not hard to understand that his point was that money can't buy happiness. This might be hard for you to understand but not everyone can be bought off with a little cash that will not have a meaningful effect on their life.

chuck todd seems like a reasonable man but i feel like he gets walked over on that show and for Meet The Press it should have a host with gravitas who is, and idk how old chuck todd is, but the host of mtp should be 20 years older than however old chuck todd is. people just don't give him respect and i think that's a shame

Also just a minor thing but Bill Clinton appointed zero FISA judges, they aren't appointed by the President, they are appointed by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. And we haven't had a liberal chief justice since 1969.

The mainstream media should embrace the epithet of 'liberal'. The article makes two points in favor of this.

1) Conservative readers/viewers have effectively siloed themselves off into conservative media. Conservatives get the vast majority of their news from few conservative sites while non Conservatives read a wide variety, so trying to avoid being called liberal by appealing to Conservatives doesn't work, they're never going to read or regard your media as legitimate regardless.

2) Conservatives are increasingly looking towards and emulating non small l liberal traditions such as Paul Ryan's love for Ayn Rand and Bannon's love for fascist philosophers so Conservatives aren't playing on the same field as other small l liberal parties do. Queue up the GOP is an extremist conservative party. I don't know if I buy that as a reason to exclude Conservatives from the liberal tradition fully though.
