Was curious so I looked it up and 5 min on Google showed the case was overturned because the jury instructions were not accurate. How would that have anything to do with the prosecutor?
Well, to be fair, generally the parties (including the state) each submit their proposed jury instructions from which the judge chooses which ones are appropriate to read to the jury. It's possible that Weissman included the faulty instructions in his proposed instructions.

Obviously still a really stupid attack by Hannity.

You think Hannity viewers mourn the tragic downfall of AA? It's one of the few instances in recent years where a corporation was held to account for its conduct. I mean they are idiots, but likely 100 pro-punishment in all situations.

i can't find a clip yet but holy **** 45 minutes into today's "all in" (ari melber guest hosting) they showed clips from pete hoekstra's first press conference as ambassador in the netherlands (happened today) and the press there WRECKED him. every question was about his comments about no-go zones and politicians being burned and they wouldn't let up, he would call on someone and they'd ask the same question or say you didn't answer that question, it was amazing why can't we have that?

here's a little bit but there was more and it got awkward

God Trump's appointees are a bunch dipsh*ts. Good though. I hope he gets grilled every time.

No, that’s the story tonight on Hannity and the story about Trump trying to fire Mueller in June came out today as well

Thanks anyway, OneEyedPoker, I am slow but this time I figured it out on my own! So what was the date in June? June 26 and 27 were big twitter days for Trump with several wild Russia references.

Hannity is like "The New York Times is trying to distract you, we can't confirm their story..." then.. "Actually, okay, we kind of confirmed it, we'll talk about it later HEY QUICK LOOK AT THE CAR CRASH!"

Who's trying to distract who, now?

Tomi Lahren blames liberals for people eating Tide Pods
Lahren dove into the Tide Pod Challenge on a “Final Thoughts” video for Fox News Insider, linking the epidemic to left-wing parenting and culture.

“The left, which dictates popular culture, brainwashes young people into believing they live in a world where 64 gender options are up for selection, everything is free, Beyonce is a god-queen and eating detergent is funny,” she said.

64 genders -> Eat Tide.

Logic, folks.
