Gregorio, who is to determine what's a political opinion, rather than what's generally described as an “institutional” advertisement.?
It's not particularly unusual for messages ostensibly to promote enterprises' reputations, (i.e. institutional commercials) to actually be political commercials. Corporate boards of directors may have political opinions but when their broadcasted political opinions serve as tax deductible expenditure items, they've successfully committed crimes.
