It's not Mike Harris (Ontario Premier) or the other Mike Harris (Ontario Curler and Olympian) or even Gary Harris (Nuggets basketball player). It's some other Harris that's being talked about in the Impeachment/pardon thread. This is the containment thread for all talk about some other Harris guy. For some reason, I remember owning a Tim Harris trading card from his time on the Green Bay Packers. Given the age I collected cards and when Harris was on the team, I'd wager it was from 1990. Topps was pretty popular back then.

Man what happened to sports trading cards? I used to collect them with my dad. Those were good times.

I don't know about the other two, but I do in fact side with the SPLC. Not siding with them seems a very suspect position to take. I would find it fairly difficult to justify a decision to not be on the same side as an anti-hate group. I would worry it might make me a terrible person.

I always thought Will Harris was a tremendously underrated pitcher. The year I did 200 fantasy baseball leagues in 1 season I got in on him while the getting was good as a speculative closer. Eventually he got the job. Then he sucked

Harris runs into the trap where is so often misquoted and assigned racist motives where none exist, that he gives people like Shapiro and Rubin a pass for how intellectually dishonest they are. When he has a problem with them from saying a false thing about him, he will go to them and they correct the record.

This doesn’t happen with him on the left when organizations like Voxx try to bury him after the Murray podcast and make slanderous false accusations.

Yes, they lost the lawsuit...which I believe apology was part of. These people were on the list for a long time. People in trump thread thought somehow they were in the right?

Being on an anti-Muslim extreme hate list has consequences.
