Correct. An acute lack of airborne D-cell batteries in the pics I've seen confirms that there were no iggles fans present.

NH

Philadelphia sports fans are interesting to say the least.

Quote:
Pederson ended up starting nine games that year and the fort was constantly under attack, both from opposing defenses and from Eagles fans.

The fans actually were scarier than the defenses. They wanted McNabb out there, ready or not, and absolutely loathed Pederson, particularly since the Eagles won just two of the nine games he started. They booed him nonstop. They hurled four-letter-loaded insults. They threw things at him, including batteries.
Cliffs:

1999: Doug Pederson becomes starting QB for the Philadelphia Eagles

Is terrible, so fans boo the **** out of him the entire time, throw batteries too

2016: Becomes their head coach and eventually wins Super Bowl

Oh? How many black people are opposed?

I'm in. Now tell us how to get things started. Because surely when you posted the bolded you had a plan to make it happen and weren't just paying empty lip service to the players' issue to make yourself look better, right?

If Trump is subpoenaed, does that mean he can't talk about the NFL? Gonna be funny when players come up w/ a new way to protest if he can't say a word about it.

you know what really gets these dummies riled up? telling them that the "spoiled millionaires playing a kids game" are actually UNDERpaid in almost all scenarios.

I don't know what the going rate for an elite sportsball player should be, but if they're underpaid some other professions are really underpaid. Does your argument have to do with Chris Rock's "Shaq is rich, the guy who signs his cheque is wealthy"?

the amount the players bring in in revenue versus the percentage that they are given from that revenue.

i mean in an industry where the "owners" normally don't own anything but the name, since the public pays for stadiums and construction and the like, a 50-50 split is a bit absurd.

Doesn’t need to plan lol this clown. Oops wrong thread.

Here's one idea that even the crowd could participate in: Singing a stanza from "Lift Every Voice and Sing", which has been referred to as the "Black National Anthem."

I protested the killing of unborn babies at an abortion clinic one time.

Any clients of the clinic who were interested were referred to a pro-life clinic where they could obtain free medical and material support for herself and the baby. The mother could also learn about adoption options.

Yep.

Sorry bud.

If women and their "doctors" weren't allowed to murder babies there would be a lot more black people to advocate for equal rights.

Have you seen the abortion rate for pregnant black women?

I make no apologies for being anti-murder.

Please show me where it says that a person has a "right" to murder somebody.

This will go over well.

Uh oh, must have struck a nerve. Here's a hint, cells and organisms that can't survive outside the womb aren't people. Therefore they can't be "murdered."

Might want to extract this or extract lagtight before this derails too far
06-07-2018 , 04:13 PM
I'll quit I suppose. He'll say "but those cells can become people." Then I'll say "it should then be a crime to ejaculate on a woman's face since those sperm could become life if ejaculated into a woman's vagina."

Then we'll all be on our merry way.

I guess we need to define "people."

So, if I were to beat up a pregnant woman and my act of violence caused the lifeform in her womb to die, I wouldn't be guilty of murder?
06-07-2018 , 04:19 PM
Sorry for the derail, but I was responding to someone who asked me if I had been a protestor.

I'll not comment on abortion in this thread any further.
