The comments to that video are idiotic: "The problem wasn't that it discharged. If you own or use a gun frequently, you WILL have an unintended discharge at some point." Um, no you won't. You just have to be careful.

No. He got the gun when the slide was locked (not cocked, locked) back. That means that the chamber is empty. He released the slide (you release a slide, you don't "**** it forward") without first checking if there was a magazine in the gun. Releasing the slide puts a round from the magazine into the chamber. Then he was completely careless with the trigger control as his finger should not have been on the trigger when he was holding the gun in that manner.
