Legal gun owners should not get grouped in with illegal ones

pretty good point. have the odds of preventing a crime versus the odds of accidentally shooting someone been discussed yet itt?
08-10-2013 , 05:48 PM
I almost lol'd. ITT All the scientists are biased gun grabbers except those who are biased gun industry shills. The sky is also either green or yellow depending on which side of the issue you look at it from.

"Arresting people is a complete waste... Just do like this woman did... Suddenly crime will go away."

"I wish she was a better shot and got all the crooks."

"don't go to denny's at 4 in the AM period, every one from the club along with the under age chirren hang out there, witness a shooting 2yrs ago Southmore location, DENNY'S NOT SAFE!!"

"You got that right - most serious crime occurs after the bars close at 2am. Being on the street or in a place like Dennys after 2am is foolhardy at best and suicidal at worst. Criminals prefer the cover of darkness."

My only regret is that she didn't kill any of them."

"I doubt it, lld...considering I myself along with all of the adults in my extended family are CHL holders (along with one LEO), we'd be right alongside that woman, firing away. Considering everyone was lying on the floor, the chances of someone being hurt were minimal. The greater risk was from the criminal..not the citizen. *SMH* Bunch of candy butts like ya'll are why the dregs of society have so much power. People like you lack the cojones to actually do something about it...would rather sit there and be victimized than fight back to protect you, yours and society."

"I'm sad she didn't kill every one of the robbers"

and this isn't even really cherry picking from like >50 comments. this is all on the first page of the comments

Of course, that's just her side of the story. But, if true, it's clear self-defense.

If they're going to have guns, better that they learn how to handle them safely.

Well, to be fair, they're also training future criminals.

All these accidental shooters who didn't know the gun was loaded...

What do they do, pick the gun up and shake it to see if the bullets rattle around?
08-12-2013 , 08:02 PM
No, they pull the trigger and wait to see if anything comes out. If not, good to go!
08-12-2013 , 08:08 PM
Are they bumping the trigger on accident while simultaneously not knowing if it's loaded or where it's pointed? Cuz I thought the rule was "never point a gun, loaded or not, at anything that you don't want to die".

People are f'ing ******ed. Hence, they shouldn't own guns. Which is why this thread exists.
