Meth and weed are grown/made here. Gotta check those ninja edits.

Still not analogous. To produce a weapon that can actually shoot up a school, movie theater, or other crowded location you need far more complex machinery than you do to smuggle/produce drugs.

Also, I think the war on drugs does reduce the supply and increases the price of drugs. If we could have a national anti-gun program that does, in fact, reduce the supply and increase the cost of these toys then I think we would see a reduction in these type of events.
