+1 to the BoJack Horseman recommendation. It takes about halfway through season 1 before it starts to hit its stride, but once it gets going the show is fantastic.

Also the police apparently can't find the shooter, who ran from the scene naked. America in one incident: obviously mentally ill guy gets assault rifle and shoots up Waffle House. Stopped by unarmed hero, escapes naked and police can't find him.
