In the large majority of the country, yes.

There aren't alot of states with Constitutional Carry laws on the books.

I don't always buy I gun, but when I do it's because I expect to use it in self defense against my own spouse.

I can't fathom living under the delusion that we all live on Sesame Street.

It seems like a surefire way to find yourself either in the morgue, in the hospital, or getting scammed out of your life savings by a con-man.

As a general rule, very little.

Were she to pull out a gun and begin to behave in a threatening manner, I'd stop that threat.

She's of the same mentality.
