Campaign Manager Kevin Conroy:

We've received several independent and disturbing reports of voters across the state being handed ballots that are already marked in favor of Scott Brown. This is obviously a serious violation, and our legal team is taking immediate steps to protect the integrity of this election.

We do not yet know why this is happening, but you and everyone you know needs to be aware of the situation so that you can carefully inspect your ballot. If a vote has already been marked, you must return the ballot to the elections official, demand a clean ballot, and call our Voter Protection Hotline at 617-351-6866.

I had a feeling this was going to be a **** show...but this might have the 2000 election or the Franken seat beat.

FWIW the chile sauce in your avatar is amazing.

Republicans should start a trend of going about canvassing with hidden cameras on Election days; video evidence is so much more compelling and incontrovertible than eyewitness testimony of voter fraud. See the Black Panther incident, for example.

lol @ ballots already being marked

Of all the ways to commit voter fraud, this would have to rank as the most ******ed.

Republicans are newbies at voter fraud, need to take some DNC classes.

Great example... wait, Obama's DOJ dropped that case.

I know, but he would have done the same thing had there not been video evidence, and the only reason YOU know about it and care is that you've seen the footage for yourself -- and it speaks loudly. That's why the video has over a million views by now. It eliminates the "he said-she said" dynamic.

The attempt to steal/delay the election... by the Progressives begins with this Press Release. They are using the Minnesota Franken lawyer and Strategy. But it won't matter... the result will not be close enough... and the Independents and Seniors are gone for good. This is every bit as pathetic and desperate as Obama's MA cameo on the weekend.

Pre-marked ballots has got to be pretty east to verify right? I mean did everyone who got one already plan on voting for Brown or just forget to mark in their choice for Coakley?

So, I'm kinda late to the party. Can someone fill me in on why this Brown guy has a shot? Is he actually interesting? Is he a generic Republican, or is he like a libertarian type or something?

My belief is that MA has mandatory health insurance and doesn't see a need for Obamacare. This plus a well run campaign from the Party behind the scenes and not pushing issues could have had anyone with a pulse give Coakley a run.

He's a liberal Republican even by MA Republican standards. So he's basically a Democrat from 12-15 years ago.

51% of Mass. voters disapprove of Obamacare. Mass voters have seen their 'Obamacare' go overbudget by 85% and have the premiums increase much faster than the national average.

Yeah, so lets give this Dem spin a big lol.

This didn't help either. Brown seems like a pretty normal guy down to his wonderfully bland name; Coakley gives off the vibe of Massachusetts Democrat career politician elitism.
