Really good post there:

Trainbot is an Orwellian brainwashing tool. Control of thought through control of language is a central theme of 1984, and the the_donald is a perfect case study of its modern application. Memes are the evolutionary descendants of slogans, more efficient, adaptable, and effective. Their very innocuousness lets them slide into unprepared minds, bypassing critical thought. The more common they appear to be in whatever "in group" the subject wants to be a part of, the more effective they are. Part of what makes them so much better than slogans is that 'getting' them makes you feel like a member of the 'in group' that generates them.

How does one get to the next level in Thoughts & Prayers: The Game? I think and pray and attempt to ban assault rifles and nothing. It's like that level in Battletoads I could never beat.

All prayers are answered.

Some times the answer is NO.

You guys are laughing at the brother for deeming the car suspicious when the cops had already deemed the car suspicious?
03-01-2018 , 02:41 PM
I imagine they're laughing for reporting it. Like, who cares?
03-01-2018 , 02:41 PM
Yes. But more laughing at dib for breathlessly running here and reporting his brother's...uh, "story". Then, ahahahahahaha that followup when he's like MY BROTHER HAS AN MBA FROM BROWN

And being given his brother's credentials in case we doubted his...expertise at spotting these things.

Turns out the cops care! Go figure.

And imagine if the car hadn't been spotted already and that tip justifiably brought law enforcement's attention to a shady scenario.

Y'all are just way too easily shook by anything DiB, Keeed in particular who I'm confident can't not jump in on these pile ons due to my having messed with him designing TP for a living.

I said your brother was a useless busybody, I didn't question his qualifications.
03-01-2018 , 03:49 PM
I seem to recall this isn't the first appearance of DIBro in this forum.

It's their job to care. Why should a random private citizen (barring Nancy Reagan types, who would obviously freak the **** out at the sight of such a thing) give a **** about a sagging trunk? The busybody comments are spot on, and you are obviously cut from the same cloth:

Hahaha yeah, wow, what a public service, imagine the danger if the cops didn't know about a bunch of drugs in the back of a car, should probably get a medal

...hahahaha definitely a model of being not shook
03-01-2018 , 03:55 PM
Geez I guess no one with a nice car and heavy stuff in the trunk should drive in shady areas because people like DIBs brother will think you are a drug dealer with 100 bricks of cocaine in the trunk or 4 dead bodies and will call the cops on you

The youtubz are pretty solid. The lady is hot and pretty funny, worth a twitter follow.

I just realized that this guy is someone who had the suite next door to mine and I probably drank beers with him like 20 times.

One of my few distinct memories of him is that he was doing some work on 3D object models using internet/ftp in like 1994. People used to bug him for tech support.

what in the world you talking about, I love it when you try to embarrass me for working in a paper mill. You always end up looking like a complete moron.

But how many hours do you work? Do you have an MBA?

Spoiler:
Also, are you a busy body ****ing snitch?

For the record I have dined at a 25k dining table hundreds of times over the years and it is not that special.

I certainly would never pay 25k for one.

I'm fine with the snitcing fwiw.

Email sent! Hopefully has some companies that need help with IP law.

Surely the Ivy-Leauge MBA DiBBro also has a nice car? Odds that someone called the cops after seeing *two* luxury autos in the parking lot?
